Youth Athletes Strength and Conditioning

 

Ready to get STRONG?

In this program, you will learn the fundamental barbell lifts: squat, strict press, deadlift, power clean, and bench press.

After demonstrating safe technique, you will enter a linear strength cycle where you incrementally add weight to each lift each week.

Steadily, you will build raw strength.

You will also practice pull-ups, dips, push-ups, jumps, and throws for full-body athleticism and healthy joints.

For stamina and endurance, you will push yourself through metabolic circuits and heavy sled work.

After three months of training, you will be stronger, faster, and more powerful on the field, court, or mat.

About Us

Coach Raphe is a NASM certified coach with a master’s degree in education.

He has experience in powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, and youth athlete training.

He has been chasing gains in the weightroom for 15+ years and he is passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals.
