In your free one week trial you will join in the regular classes with our current members but don't worry, we start every class with a brief that details the workout, we demonstrate every movement and the scaling options to suit anyone, regardless of current fitness level. Please use the Contact Form below to let us know what day and class time you wish to start your free one week trial.
We are also offering free beginner classes on the weekends. The next "on-ramp" classes are scheduled for Saturday at 8:00am and 12:30pm. Attendance is limited so please let us know if you plan to attend.
