Grit Fitness is a comprehensive high intensity & personal training gym. The high intensity group classes consist of 30 – 60 minute sessions geared toward meeting a wide variety of goals for people of all skills and fitness levels. Whether your goal is to get bigger, get smaller, get moving or just get feeling better, Grit has a program that will meet your needs. Our objective at Grit Fitness is to help our clients meet their fitness goals and stay motivated through individual and diverse training. We will provide creative and innovative workouts that are different every single day to keep you interested and engaged! We can modify any of the movements in the workouts to match with our member’s current level of fitness.
